Worldwide Return Policy

Ciaogogo.com guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website with which you are not completely satisfied in the case that you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 7 working days of receipt. 

 

You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

 

We're not able to offer an exchange for items purchased. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

 

It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in Hong Kong, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

 

Once we received your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we'll email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically take 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.

 

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

 

 

How To Return

 

Step1. Log into your account, go to order history, click “view order details” of the item you wish to return, click "Return", you will be in email sending page with the order number & item number you wish to return.

 

Step2. Write down your reason of why will return the item and click the “send”.

 

Step3. Your return status will show as "Confirmed" after we verified your request in 24 hours and you will be given a unique Case No.

 

Step4. Pack it up. Place the items you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package. Attach the Return Form with your order number & Case number inside the package.

 

Step5. Send it back. And, send an email with the tracking number of parcel you sent by clicking “view order details > return”

Note:

 

a. Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings and Accessories are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

 

b. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

 

c. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply.

 

Ciaogogo may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
