Have you become as one part of lemon-water lovers?  Some say drinking it can cure the disease or better our skin.  In fact, the advantages of it are much more than you know.  Yet, there are some points to remember for drinking with it:

 

 

 

1.  Sobering up

 

 

 

 

Wine-lovers must remember drinking with the lemon water since it can eliminate the discomfort of the intestines and stomach after the whole-night wine party.  According to the traditional Korean, they used to add the honey and yam stirring with the lemon water for sobering up.  You can have a try on it~

 

 

 

2.  Decrease the surfeit of food and stop the thirsty

 

 

 

If you have eaten too much fried food, such as, French fries, tempura…you should better to dry more cups of lemon water.  The strong acid of the lemon can neutralize the oily food and balance the PH from our body. 

 

 

 

Sweating is unavoidable under the increasing temperature.  Then we might lose lots of water and feel thirsty easily.  Try to drink the iced lemon water instead of cola.  Sometimes we will feel thirsty after drinking the cola and continue drinking other soft drinks.  To drink the high sugar contained cola for a long term, our weights will gain more.  On the contrary, the sour lemon water not only for helping us to deal with our thirsty, its fruit fibers can also offer us to feel full and achieve with the goal of losing weight.

 

 

 

3.  Strong power of Vitamin C

 

 

 

Rich Vitamin C can strengthen our immunity and give us the skin beauty.  The studies have been shown drinking more lemon water, our skin will get more whitening as the Vitamin C can repel the melanin covered in our skin.  Besides, it can replenish our skin water to keep it moisture and look younger than before~

 

 

 

However, there are some cautions for drinking with lemon:

 

 

 

1.  Don’t use the lemon for a long period of time if you have sliced it as it is quite easy to oxidize.

 

 

2.  Drinking water directly without any food is not suggest.  The PH of lemon is below 2.5, it would be harmful to our stomach if we only drink with the lemon water.  Thus, eating something with the lemon water would be better.

 

 

3.  Better to brush the teeth after drinking with the lemon water.  No matter how the nutrition value lemon is, it still contains with sugar and acidity, which will destroy the enamel of our teeth.
