The quick ways for the bad breath

To brush our teeth is a great help for the bad breath.Through removing the dirt and bacteria off our teeth, we can refresh our mouth.But it is not enough for only brushing the teeth in the morning and at night.It is unavoidable to leave the residual food on the teeth and causes the growth of bacteria after having the meal, increasing the periodontal diseases, gingivitis and so on.  Better to prepare one teeth brush.Once we have finished eating, we can brush our teeth to maintain the clean and hygiene of our mouth to get rid of the bad breath~

a.  Salted water

3.  Reduce eating the strong tasted food

 

 

 

For having the bad breath friend, it is not recommended to eat too much strong tasted food, for instance, the jackfruit, durian, curry and so on. Those food not only worsen your bad breath problem, it is also bad for your health.Some friends have the digestion problem and unable to discharge the poison and which may store the smelly odor for a little longer.Then it comes out from the esophagus.If we continue eating the strong tasted food, our health may not stand with it and lead to more digestion problems, for example, the stomach ache, digestive ulcer……

 

 

 

 

4.  Eat more fruits and high-fiber food

 

As the digestion problem is one of the reasons of having the bad breath, we need to strength our digestion by eating the high-fiber food.It is helpful to simulate our intestine for the digestion and also bring the excess residue out of our mouth by chewing.Besides, fruits also plays the important role for it because it can strengthen the health of our intestine and stomach, which decrease the bad breath.
