TIPS 1: Don’t always use hands to touch with your hair
Our skin is exposed to different kinds of bacteria. Therefore, it’s better not to use hands to touch with it. If our hands are full of oil or dust, we use them to scratch with the scalps or play with hair…the air pollutants will be transferred to our hair and block the pores of our hair skin, which affects to the secretion of the hair oil~
TIPS 2: Tips for shampooing
Temperature rises might increase the quantities of bathing. However, the maximum quantities for washing our hair would be twice one day. Healthy hair should be contained with plenty of humid and oil. Once we wash too much, the nutrition of the hair would be lost, leading to the unbalanced hair oil. If the oil of our hair is too much, the problem of the oil hair gets worse.
In addition, some friends would like to apply with plenty of the hair conditioner since their hair might be get harmed by the perming. Although it can restore the smoothness of our hair, our hair pores will be blocked by too much moisturized particles of the conditioners, which can lead to the increasing numbers of the hair sores.

TIPS 3: Clean the hair brush regularly
Giving your hair a comb would be essential for every friend. But cleansing our brushes is a must because the dust and oil will be accumulated if we go out. To use the uncleaned brush to comb would enhance the oily of our hair, it can also make our scalp inflamed. Therefore, for lessening the hair oil, it would be better to wash our brush twice one week.
TIPS 4: Change the habit of using with the hair dryer
Due to the rapid pace of our live style, the time of our bathing would be delayed. That’s the reason why we would like to use the hair dryer to dry it. In fact, too high temperature or closeness to the hair dryer would stimulate our hair to expose more oil. It is recommended to use the warm temperature of the hair dryer in a certain distance.
TIPS 5: Regular resting time
The circulation of the blood or metabolism would be around at 10 in the evening to 2 in the morning. If we have adequate sleep, we can lessen the secretion from the hormones and hair oil too.
TIPS 6: Reduce eating spicy or fried food
