The temperature has reached up to 30 °C but no wind.  Under the bright sun, we cannot bear this hot weather without turning on the air-conditioner before July and August, the hottest month of the whole year.  If this situation continues, what can we do?  It’s time for us to lower our temperature but reducing the global warming.  The following food aims to decrease your temperature:

 

 1.  Watermelon

 

 

Why do we eat watermelon under the hot weather?  Because it is a refreshing gift as it contains the water more than 90%, which can subsidy the losses of water by sweating.  Moreover, plenties of the fibers and Vitamin C can take away the rubbish stored in our stomach and intestines. 

 

 

Wow!  The tasty and juicy melons look perfect!  One piece, please!

 

 

However, some people doubt if the calories are very high because of its sweetness.  Don’t worry!  The calories are very low, and you can enjoy how much you want~

 

 

 

Yet, it’s quite a bit boring to only eat the watermelon.  Let’s try the sago mixed with the watermelon.  The frozen of this dessert can bring us cool and healthy as sago is good to our health.
