Some researchers have revealed overweight would rise the blood sugar and block the blood vessels. That’s the reason why the increasing number of the heart disease and diabetes, which are the causes of early death. Actually, how does our weight lose control? Here are some habits and see if you have the following:
Q1. Drink wine more than three times in one week?
Under this busy and speed-up urban lives, many people have the same problem: the pressure. They used to drink wine alone or with friends for relaxing. In fact, the calories of wine are very high since it is produced by lots of sugar. Also, we will eat some snacks for matching with the wine, for example, fries, peanuts……those of the snacks are made of oil and sugar, causing us overweight. If these fats are stored and block our blood vessels, our heart function will be diminished and thus shorter our life. Moreover, drinking too much wine will increase our liver temperature and get harmful to it~
However, if you cannot live without wine, I would suggest you drinking the low-calories and sugar wine for maintaining the longer life, for instance, the gin wine, red wine, and even champagne.
Q2a. Eat the fried food more than three times in one week?
b. Have you finished the 3 dishes of vegetables and 2 dishes of fruits?
No one don’t like deep fried food, including the adults or children. The attractive golden fried appearance will be caught by everyone’s eyes, for instance, the popular fried chicken, the curly fries, the French toast……using a lot of oil to cook with it, which increase the unhealthy fats (=saturated fats) and cholesterol. The opportunity of getting heart disease will rise.
Not only for the fried food, the balanced diet can also affect to our weight. In fact, there are lots of growing up children don’t like eating the vegetables and fruits, especially for the legumes. They prefer to eat red meat instead of them. Although red meat contains with high iron, the fats of it still reaches quite high. To neutralize its’ side effects, we can eat the vegetables and fruits for keeping the diet more balance owing to their fibers and vitamin. Too much saturated fat can affect our cardiovascular functions and lessen our life.
Q3. Having the supper before 9 at night?
Late supper causes to the increasing weight because we may eat several snacks before the meal, such as, chocolates, candies, cookies…After this, we continue to have some carbohydrate food. In fact, our stomach cannot digest the large amount of food at the same time. Burden of stomach increase, illnesses of stomach increases. In the long term, we can get the stomach cancer easily. Moreover, if we may not exercise enough after meal, it would be easy to lose control of gaining weight. Increasing weight may affect to our heart and shorter our life~
