Turn the air-conditioner up to 25°C for fighting with the extremely hot weather. The temperature variation between the indoor and outdoor is large enough for getting cold easily. Here are some tips for preventing cold:
1. Take enough rest
In fact, getting cold is infected by the sick person who is quite close to you, for example, your friends, colleagues. Yet, you will not get sick immediately since there is a latency period for every disease. If you get enough sleep for 8 hours, you can defect the cold bacteria. But some friends suggest doing more exercise to strengthen our resistance. However, if you are not well enough to do more exercise, your white blood cell will be lower and worsen your illness~
2. Have less sugar contained food
People will try to eat some sweet snacks for seeking happy under the stressful live, for instance, ice-cream, fruit juice……but those sugar contained food will lower the ability of defending the disease of the white blood cells. To prevent cold, we can eat less sugar food when we feel tired since tiredness is the symptom of getting cold in the early stage.
Some may say it would better to drink more glasses of orange juice when you get the cold as the Vitamin C can be against with the disease. We all know the sore throat is usually accompanied with the cold. If we drink the acid drink to stimulate the throat, it will worsen the situation.
Tips: Not suggested to eat the sweet food. Otherwise, it will thicken the horny of our skin, quite bad to our skin~
3. Balanced diet
The nutritionist has pointed out the food pyramid, three dishes of vegetables and two dishes of fruits. These are very important, but the key is not partial eclipse because different food is with plenty of rich nutrition. That’s why the balanced diet is so vital to us? Under the diet, we can build more white blood cells for resisting more illnesses and stay healthy.
Lots of friends do not get enough sleep and thus are not willing to eat more food, leading to the malnutrition. Hence, take enough rest to prevent the cold~
4. Eat garlic
Researches have pointed out “One day One garlic” is helpful to prevent the cold because there are lots of ingredients for stopping the growth of bacteria. That’s why we call it as an anti-bacteria medicine. Try if you get cold easily~
The black garlic becomes the most popular one among the garlic as it can accelerate our metabolism and minimize our tiredness. Such a good preventing cold medicine.
Not only with the garlic, the ginger tea with brown sugar is another cure cold method. After drinking it, our blood circulation will faster, and which is helpful for us to sweat.
Tips: To put the crushed garlic into the sugar with water, we can cure the cold~
