Happy trip to Japan: the story of the summer flowers

The famous Japanese flower, cherry blossom attracts millions of travelers to Japan.  In fact, have you imagined there are still other species of plants for you to watch?  kinds of beautiful flowers grown in summer:

 

 

 

 

 

1.  Hydrangea

 

We all know hydrangea are used for the marriage mostly as it represents the meaning of happiness and reunion.  In the early June is the season of Hydrangea because it grows up with the summer rain.  Talked about the famous Japanese Hydrangea, we cannot ignore the Yohena Hydrangea Garden in Okinawa.  You will not believe all the hydrangea grown up by Ms. Yohena.  This gorgeous fantasy wonderland is all made by the effort and heart of Ms. Yohena.

Not only attracted by the appealing blue hydrangea, but also with the lotus, begonia….

 

 

 

Different colors of slim and graceful hydrangea look pretty cute.  That’s the reason why so much visitors to come here for taking photos of this fascinated hydrangea.

 

 

 

Tips:  There will be a small concert for Sunday starting from the beginning of June.  You can listen to the Okinawa music and enjoy this beautiful hydrangea.  Besides, there will be also a café for everyone to taste the local special fresh juice~

 

 

2.  Sibazakura

 

It is a kind of flower look like cherry blossom but unlike the Sakura, it is planted on the grounded.  The meaning of it is hoping for happiness.  If you are looking for happiness, you may visit this Higashimokoto Shibazakura Park.

 

 

The impressive superb flower sea is made up with different varieties of Sibazakura.    But a price should be paid for this beautiful pink scene.  Long long time ago, there wasn’t too much plants and Mr. 中鉢末吉 used nearly 8 years to grow the flowers starting from one flower.  Now it has turned into as a magnificent flower sea and attracts many visitors to come here.

In addition, you can also take the foot bathing to take away the tiredness or enjoy the popular Sibazakura ice-cream~

 

 

 

3.  Tulip

 

We might have the illusion of sadness and melancholy when we heard this name “Tulip”.  Different colors represent different flower wordings, same to the tulip.  But why do we choose the Sakura Furusato Square for watching it?  Owing to the large windmill, it is quite pretty to take photos with flowers.  During the Edo period, numerous of Dutch medical researchers exchanged their culture nearby Sakura.  Moreover, a 24-hours opened Dutch Garden provides you to visit the Hyacinthus orientlis too~

 

 

 

Under the large windmill, the tulips look quite different to the local flowers, maybe owing to the exotic buildings~
