Sleepy in the morning? No more!!

Quite tough to wake up at 7-8 every day.  Running out of time and get out of bed quickly looks like become my habit.  Even though we have arrived at school or company, my eyelids are hanging down for not more than 1 hour.  Any suggestions for taking me away from the sleepy?

 

 

 

 

 

1.  Smell the relaxing essential oil

 

Some may think the essential oil is quite unacceptable.  Pressures relates to tiredness.  Huge workload or the heavy pressure from the academic exams can increase our adrenal gland, resulting in tiredness.  No need to afraid of the smell of the essential oil since it is made of the natural plants, which is not too strong, such as, the freshy lemon smell, mint of the herbs…It provides the refreshing smell and relaxes our mental stresses, making our works more effective too~

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Free moving

 

Lacking oxygen leads to the sleepy.  That’s the reason why we get up and walk around or take a deep breathe.  It is helpful for improving our blood circulations as bloods are able to drive the oxygen to the brain.  Then we can clear up our mind too~

 

 

 

Greens plants are able to improve the photosynthesis in the office.  Hence, placing some of them can bring us more oxygen and slow down our stressful too~

 

 

 

 

Tips: Cactus can take us away from the radiation, giving us healthier~

 

 

3.  Eyes Exercising

 

In this digital age, works cannot be separated with the electronic devices, for example, i-pad, note-book or PC.  We all know if we apply these things for long hours, it may increase the burden our eyes, which leads to eye tiredness and deeper myopia.  Eyes exercising can lessen the problem.  Only need to focus eyes on the 4 directions, including east, south, west and north, for 5 seconds for increasing our eyes’ blood circulations and relaxing our tense eyes’ muscles.  More concentration, more efficiency~
