How to have healthier breakfast?

On-diet people or be late to wake up, are not willing to spend hours for having breakfast.   No matter what are the reasons you are, you will get fat if you do not have the breakfast.  Because you will eat other snacks to instead of it or having the heavy meal for lunch, which may worse the digestion of your stomach or accumulate fats easily.  Here are some tips for having healthier breakfast for the better way:

 

1.  To Drink a glass of warm water before having breakfast

 

 

Why do we need to drink the water before having breakfast?  Owing to the early wake up, our organs have not yet started to function.  If we eat huge amount of food, our blood sugar will rise, which is harm to our health.  To drink a glass of water can help us sweep away the unnecessary from our intestines and gives the signals for eating soon.

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Include one dish of fruits for breakfast

 

 

 

Many think after eating too much sweet food, we will get tired soon since the unstable blood sugar.  Yet, the fructose is healthier than the artificial one.  Moreover, rich in enough fibers and vitamin can stimulate our intestine’s movement for preventing the storage of fats and beauty care function as there are lots of Vitamin C.

 

 

 

 

3.  Dairy products are healthy for the breakfast

 

 

 

 

It is unwise to eat too much fried food for breakfast.  Instead of it, we can have the diary products, such as milk.  No-fats milk contains with plenties of calcium and lower calories, which can decrease having the heart disease.  Also, full of proteins can help for the development of our bones. 

 

 

 

Tips:  Mixing the cereals with the milk is a good choice for having breakfast as there are lots of water-soluble fibers in cereals, which lessens our cholesterol and slim up our waist and feet~

 

 

 

Except for having milk, we can also eat the yogurt.  Due to the lactic acid bacteria, we can take a shit easily and maintain the healthy of our intestine and stomach. 

Tips:  To mix the yogurt with fruits, you can acquire two kinds of nutrition at the same time.

 

 

 

 

4.  Japanese rice balls are another healthy breakfast

 

 

 

We are also suggested not to have too much carbohydrates food, but except for the Japanese rice balls.  Some have the doubt for eating rice in the morning may lead to the increasing weight.   Yet, the rice balls are made of the sushi white vinegar, with the lower calories.  There is no more, the white vinegar is helpful to eliminate the color spots and tireless.  Also, it gives us the full feeling too~
