Ways for tackling the tiredness of your eyes

In this digitalization ages, we cannot be separated with the mobiles, computers or e-books.  Took too long to concentrate on the same electronic devices, our eye will get dry for no more than 2 hours.  Thus, we need to search for some ways to decrease our sight worsening, for example, the eye illnesses.  Let me show you some ways for protecting our eyes: 

 

 

1.  Eat more eye-protected food

 

 

 

Many of us are favorite in eating the blueberries these years, for instance, the dried blueberries, the blueberry dessert, even for blueberries juices…because of the anthocyanin, which can stable our eye pressures, lower our eye tiredness and strengthen our eyes’ resistance. 

 

 

 

Known of rich Vitamin A and carotene can moisturize our eyes, helping us to prevent the redness and tiredness from our eyes for the long-term using computers.  More than that, we can also prevent the hyperopia of aging eyes too.

 

 

 

Some may fear of eating the red carrots.  Actually, we can use it to make the soup too~

 

 

 

 

 

Besides, spinach is another protected food since it contains with the lutein to maintain our eyes’ functions.  Also, the calcium and potassium can keep the strengthen of their flexible, not easy to stretch the lens, protecting us to stay away from the hyperopia.  There are plenties of way for cooking with the spinach, for instance, stirred fry, salad or even boiled as puree……

 

 

 

 

2.  Covered our eyes with heat

 

 

To eliminate the tiredness, we can cover our eyes with the hot towel for 10-15 minutes.  Through the heat, we can relax our eyes’ muscles, accelerate our blood circulations.  Let’s try it~

 

 

 

 

3.  Eye relaxation exercises

 

 

The reason why our eyes get tired easily because our eyes are not moisturized enough and keep in the tense condition for a long period of time.  Hence, the relaxing exercise can reduce the myopia as the lens are not stretched easily. 

Method:  Keep our eyes to stay in the 4 directions, including east, south, west and north.  Each direction will be stopped for about 30 seconds. 

 

 

4.  Sufficient eye rest

 

 

 

 

Any organs will be tired if we use them in a long period of time.  Thus, continuing concentrated on the same electronic devices are the same situation.  Take a rest each hour can decrease our eyes’ tiredness.
