What shall we do under this 20-30-degree celsius? Swimming is a good choice. In fact, there are some steps for you to pay attention to, see as following:
Step 1: Don’t eat too full before swimming
As swimming is an exciting exercise, we cannot digest well if we eat too much before swimming. We might vomit like having the roller roasters after eating too much. Yet, it is not suggested not to eat too much and swim. During the swimming, we might spend lots of energy. If we do not contain any nutrition and then swim, our hands and legs might lack of energy to exercise. Thus, enough food is necessary.
Step 2: Do the warm-up exercises for about 15-20 minutes before getting into the water
Ignored with this vital step, we might get hurt to our muscles with a cramp and cold easily. Warming up exercises can freely exercise our knee, shoulder or wrist joint. It can also accelerate our blood circulation for keeping our temperature in high rate to prevent us getting cold easily since we sometimes go to beach for swimming.
Warm-up steps (From the head to leg, each action stops for about 20 seconds):
a. Rotate your head and neck with the clockwise for 5 times, revise this action for another 5 times.
b. Rotate your hands with the clockwise for 5 times, revise this action for another 5 times.
c. Put both hands on your leg for 20 seconds, another leg does the same for another 20 second.
d. Put the right-hand reach to your right-hand elbow for 20 seconds, another hand does the same for another 20 seconds.
e. Use left-hand to stable on the wall, the right-hand pull tight on the right-leg for 20 seconds, another hand does the same action for another 20 seconds.
f. Sitting on the floor, strength our hands to both legs for 20 seconds
Step 3: Ensure the water depth
One adult can float for about 2 meters. If you are not sure with it, you must sure if the water depth pass over your waist.
Step 4: The preparation before entering to the water
Not polluting the ocean or pool water, we must take the shower before swimming. Also, it can relax our muscles, not to be tense for getting the cramp easily.
In addition, for the sake of the hygiene, we are suggested to wear the swimming goggles and caps. If you are not willing to wear the cap, you can raise your hair for preventing the damage from the pool water too.
Step 5: Closing under the water for about 1 minutes before swimming
For the long-term not swimming lovers, you should hold your breath under water for adapting the water, which is good for swimming longer hours.
