How’s good to exercise in the morning?

Not willing to get up early to exercise?  In fact, there are many benefits that you can’t imagine.  That’s the reason why the famous movie star, Chow Yun Fat, continues to climb up mountains in the morning every day.  Let me tell you the advantages of it:

 

 

1. Reduce the heart and lung diseases

 

 

 

To accelerate our blood circulation and lessen the heart and diovascular diseases, we can wake up early to run, perform the sword dance and so on……those aerobic exercises can help us regulate our lung capacity and heart rate.

 

 

We can take the deep breath under the fresh air while exercising in the morning since there are not too much people and car to release the huge amount of C02.  If you take a walk in the mountain, the evergreen plants are discovered and making you feel more energetic.

 

 

 

In addition, depressing is another advantage to exercise in the morning.  You may face with lots of pressures, including the studies, career……A way can cure you, doing the slow-motion exercise, for instance, slow run, play the Tai Chi and so on.  Through the slow motion live speed to lower our pressure and illnesses, of course~

Have you experienced having the on-diet medicines?  Exercising is the most effective and fastest method.  We often eat lots of food at night.  In fact, those nutrition is not yet absorbed and digested totally.  Exercise in the morning is able to stimulate our intestines movement for discharging the poison.  It can also ensure our fats are not accumulated to store in our body, helping us to build a perfect and slim body shape too.

 

 

 

3.  Develope the growth of our bones

 

 

Yoga is a nice exercise in the morning to stretch our muscles and bones, especially for the growth up teenagers.  But for the elderly, it is not recommended to do too much yoga or stretching exercises for getting hurt of your bones.
