Nowadays, selfie is common to be seen.  Do you like taking your selfie?  No matter what angles you choose, sometimes you cannot catch the perfect moment for capturing your best face contours, right?  The most horrible thing would be the photos without neck.  Let me tell you some ways for eliminating the double chin:

 

Way (1): Pouting

 

 

Lowering our head for our works or studies after lunch is the habit we would do.  However, as the days passes, the fats of our neck will be accumulated.  Thus, we can have the double chin easily.  Pouting is the position for tightening our excess fats from our neck.  Simple way to do with it:

 

Method:  

Maintain the pouting action for about 10 seconds for 15 times one day would be perfect.

 

 

Way(2): Neck exercises in bed

 

 

Some friends are not willing to do huge exercises after work.  Why not trying this method in bed?  It is a magic thing without any extra effort!

 

Methods: 

Look at the ceiling for 10 seconds and then put down your head to near your chest about another 10 seconds.  Continue this action for 15 times would be alright.

 

 

Way(3): Move the necks by up & down

 

 

This method would be the standing way, which suits to the people love to do activities.

 

Method: 

Move backward to your neck for about 10 seconds, then move forward to it for another 10 seconds.  Doing this action for 15 times one day would be perfect.

 

 

Way(4): Tap the neck gently

 

 

The last technique would be take away our excess fats of neck by tapping.  Be careful not to tap it hardly.  Otherwise, it will be swollen.  Through the tapping, our blood circulation can be improved and discharging the poison too.  The most important thing is we can have the single chin now. 

 

Methods: 

Tapping your neck gently for about 2-3 minutes one day.
