1. Avocado
Eating avocado become the trend nowadays because of its powerful function, decreasing weight. With large numbers of unsaturated fatty acid, our cholesterol can be taken away for maintaining the stable of our blood flow, which is good for our heart. It can be made by the salad, burger and even for the fruit juices, try it~
2. Whole grains
Who doesn’t know whole grains are the cure for heart disease since there are lots of fibers to stimulate our intestines in a quicker way. Then the quantities of our cholesterol will be lessened and also lower our blood pressure. That’s the reasons why our heart can be stay like no burden. Besides, rich in linolenic acid can help us to reduce the arteriosclerosis and balance the blood sugar back to normal.
3. Olive Oil
Why the olive oil be included in many on-diet menus? As its unsaturated fatty acids can lower our cholesterol and blood sugar, we can have the nice body and prevent the blocking from the blood vessel, which may lead to the sudden heart illnesses.
4. Nuts
The most powerful and good for heart food must be the nuts. Among all kinds of nuts, walnuts and almonds are recommended.
First, the Vitamin E of walnuts are helpful to regulate our blood pressure. Therefore, reducing the heart disease would be the benefit for eating it.
Another strong heart food would be the almonds. They are able to stop the accumulation of the bloods, helping our blood flow smoother and decrease the occurrence of heart diseases.

1. Frog jump
