With the rapid development of the cities, many friends are annoyed with the constipation.  For dealing different kinds of constipation, here are some suggestions for you:

 

 

Type 1:  Stressful constipation

 

 

This happened in many citizen areas.  Yet, it does not occur frequently, only in the stressful time, which might cause to the unsuccessful defecation.  For dealing with it is to go to the toilet immediately when you get the signals from your brain.  This could prevent the intestinal obstruction and continue the movement.

 

 

 

Most of the reasons are related to the pressure.  We can do more exercise to reduce the concentration for the stuffs handling to release pressure.  Also, it is beneficial to move our intestine regularly and helpful for the defecation~

 

 

Type 2:  Powerless constipation

 

 

 

 

 

 

This illness means your brain has already got the messages to take a shit.  However, you do not have enough energy to do with it.  Eating the fiber-contained food is a way for it since we can stimulate our movement of the intestines, for instance, the beans, yogurt, pumpkin…In addition to this, we can also eat some high-fats food.  Through the oil of the meats to accelerate the movement of our stomach, which is easy for the digestion too.

 

 

Type 3:  Convulsion constipation

 

 

It happens after the meal with some aching.  To solve this problem, we can eat the congee because the water of the congee can improve the activity of our intestines and strengthen our abilities to defecate.

 

 

If you do not have a good appetite, you can drink the honey water.  The honey is so powerful to increase the acidity of our stomach and accelerate the digestion.  Such an easy way to do it!

 

 

 

 

Besides, not recommended to drink too much coffee, dark tea, spicy food…those stimulated food would lessen the functions of our intestines and stomach, which may worsen the constipation too.
