4 tips for building up a good physique

When we talk about “health”, we sometimes seek many health tips, such as the healthy diet.  In fact, you only need the following 4 tips to build up a good physique.

 

 

 

 

 

 1.  Slow eating

 

 

With the rapid pace of the city, we do everything fast, even for working or eating.  But if we eat too quickly, we might forget what we have eaten, which increases our weight.  Moreover, the food is also not yet entirely chewed and enter the esophagus if we eat too swift, which might spend much more time and stomach acid to digest the food and increase the burden on the stomach.  As a result, the nutrition is not fully absorbed and that’s the reason why we have the stomach problems. 

 

 

 

In fact, slowly eating can help us to control the weight effectively and reduce the pressure by not stating in the tension hours. 

 

 

 

 2.  Enough rest

 

 

 

Under this digital age, every part of the body is used, for instance, the eyes, brain, hands, neck…the tiredness will be appeared when our physical strengthen drops.  Then we might have the blurred eyes, the muscle fatigue and so on.  For lessening those urban illnesses, taking rest is needed, for example, to take a nap for 15-30 minutes to alleviate the brain activities and provide enough time for regaining the energy.

 

 

 

Not enough rest can lower our blood sugar.   Then we may eat a huge amount of food, making our stomach expand largely.  This is too difficult for the digestion, and have the stomach ache easily~

 

 

 

Actually, the neck rest is very vital for the friends who use the electronic devices for a long time.  Except for the sleeping, we can also do some neck exercises for keeping the joints more flexible.  Sitting on the floor and lean our whole body to get close to the leg is one way.  We can also move our neck by up and down, left and right too.  Through exercising the neck, the elasticity of the neck muscles will be increased, decreasing the tiredness of the neck.

 

 

The eyes rest cannot also be ignored .  Concentrating on the green plants or taking a nap for 10-15 minutes is able to reduce the tiredness.

 

 

 

 

3. Less smoking and drinking the wine

 

If we smoke and drink the wine too much, our brain will be affected and slowed down our responses.  In addition, when the tobacco gas is inhaled into our body, it will damage to our liver function of detoxification.  Besides, the wine also increases the burden on the liver since it will spend more liver energy to turn the ethanol to the acetaldehyde, bringing us the energy.  Therefore, over use of the liver function may cause to the cirrhosis or other diseases.  Moreover, the friends who love drinking the wine may increase their heart diseases because the wine can accelerate the cardiovascular flow and enhance the opportunities of getting the heart stroke. 

 

 

 

 

Tips:  It is recommended to drink the fruit wine as its volumes and effectives are much less then the spirits. 

 

 

 

 4.  Exercising more

 

Doing enough exercise not only can stimulate our intestines movement, it can also increase the functions of our heart.  For example, we can walk upstairs, run or bike…to improve our functions of the heart and lung and reducing the illnesses.
