What’s wrong with our health if we sleep late?

We always be heard of late sleep is bad for our health?  Actually, what are the disadvantages?  Here are some ideas for you:

 

 

 

 

 1.  Decreased the wisdom

 

Through the sleeping, our brain can get adequate rests and with some functions, for example, repeating the happened events, removing some wastes.But the late sleep can slow down its functions for accumulation of the wastes, which may weaken the brain’s abilities, worsen our responses.Finally, the result would be the decreasing wisdom.

 

 

 

 

2.  Increased the illnesses of gastrointestinal

 

 

 

 

 

The increased tiredness is due to the late sleep, which lessens our blood sugar.That’s the reason why we want to eat more food.Yet, eating at night is difficult for the intestines and stomach to digest, leading to some diseases soon.As our digestion does not run well, the fats are accumulated easily, which increases our opportunities to gain weights.

 

 

 

3.  Hearing losses

 

Not enough sleep will keep our blood vessels staying in the tense mode.As our blood does not run fluency, our hearing is affected or lead to the more serious problems soon.

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Visual decreased

 

To get the dry eyes problem, we work overload.Then our visual may be blurred and appeared with the dark shadows.On the contrary, enough sleep can maintain our eyes moisturized by enough rests taking.Then the eyes diseases are get rid of us too.

 

 

 

 

5.  Worsen the skin

 

That would be the most caring problem for many ladies who loves skin-care.Our skin will get dry by the endocrine discovers and slowed metabolism.We cannot easily discharge the poison, which may occur the melanin accumulation.Then our skin will be aging by appearing with spots and wrinkles.  Besides, owing to the endocrine disorders, the face oil and pimples will be increased.
