1. Anti-dandruff washing hair methods:
We are searching for different kinds of anti-dandruff shampoo. Yet, most of them are contained with some medicine, which is not suggested to use it. Here are some methods for your reference:
Way(1): Ancient tea shampoo
Tea is a natural plant, which does not stimulate our kin and worsen the scalp. Long long time, if we do not have soap, we will use the tea to instead of it. Actually, the principles for using the tea is roughly the same for removing the excess oil to reduce the fallings of the hair skin. You can try this twice one week~
Way(2): Plants shampoo
Except for the tea, we can also use two other plants for washing our hair:
Aloe Vera Leaves Juice: As it is good for our skin, it would be another ingredient for taking away the excess scalp. The main reason for getting itch is lack of the water. And for the aloe vera leaves juice not only can hydrate our scalp, it can also relive the itch and control the secretion of the hair oil. The scalp grows healthily. As a result, we can tackle with the problem of too much scalp.
Tea Tree Oil: It is promoted as the skin-care product in recent year because it can balance our hair oil and control the growth of bacteria in our hair. One more important function: relaxing. Too much scalp is largely due to the psychological stresses. And the tea tree is able to calm down our emotion and decrease the hair oil. That’s the reason why the scalp can grow healthily.
Way(3): Fruit Vinegar shampoo
Put two soup spoons of fruit vinegar to a basin of water and use it to wash your hair. This would be advisable idea since the acidity of the fruit vinegar can take away the hair oil. With the rich Vitamin C, the scalp can have enough nutrition to prevent falling off.
2. Washing Hair Step:
In order to wash off the scalp, we might be forcibly to wash our hair. Yet, too much power can hurt the follicles of our hair, leading to the falls of the scalp. The way we should do is to massage our hair after putting on the shampoo for about 5-10 minutes to infiltrate the tissue of the hair to remove the excess oil.
3. Preventing the excess scalp:
Eating different kinds of fruits is one way. For example, the kiwifruit and peaches contained with plenties of Vitamin B, C and phosphorous, which is helpful for moisturize and keep it elastic, lessening the problem of scalp.
In addition, we can also eat more apples because its acid can balance the oil of our hair and control the gripping due to the itching. Then we do not have the “SNOW” hair problem.
Moreover, we can also increase brushing our hair to balance the hair oil averagely to reduce the falling off the scalp.
