Tips 1: Less wine to drink
Many wine lovers would like to drink a small cup of liqueur for relaxing their emotions, which is easy for getting to sleep. However, the alcohol can influence the system of sleeping. Therefore, we might be awakened in the middle of the night, which leads to the low sleeping qualities. Besides, the alcohol is also diuretic and increases our willing to go to toilet, which also increases the opportunity to get the insomnia. It is suggested not to drink too much wine within 1-2 hours before going to the sleep~
Tips 2: Eat small amounts of fruits
The reason for cannot sleep well owing to not adequate nutrition. Eating small amount of fruits can enhance the feeling of getting full, which is helpful for falling asleep quickly. The melatonin of the brain is higher, the easier we can sleep.
When we eat the grapes, the numbers of the melatonin will be increasing. This is a good way for us to fall asleep. Besides, with rich Vitamin B and magnesium, banana can lower our negative mentions and stresses, which can speed up for sleeping and reduce the insomnia~
Tips 3: List out the TO-DO-LIST
Most of the reason for the insomnia is because of the pressures or worries. For lessening the previous situation, it’s better to have the TO-DO-LIST for planning tomorrow’s schedule. This can lower our worries and easier for adjusting the alarm clock. Plan for tomorrow, rest for you~
Tips 4: Doing some simple bedtime yoga exercises
Some relaxing exercises aims for resting our muscles and increasing the willing to get a sleep, for instance, modeling the animal position. For each action, you can stop for about 20-30 seconds and repeat it for 5-10 times. Relaxing the tightened muscles can enhance the desire to get more sleep. In addition, the yoga exercises are also helpful for the health development of the heart and lung.
Tips 5: Rising the temperature of body
We might have the experience of getting too cold by turning the temperature of the air-conditioner too low, which is unhealthy for the blood flow running. That’s the reason of having the cold hands and feet. Then the insomnia might happen to us.
To wear the socks or putting our feet in the hot water before sleeping are the methods for rising our temperature and strengthen our abilities to fall asleep. Try it~
Tips 6: Adjust the bedroom light darker or switch it off
Studies have been pointed out the bright light of the bedroom decreases the quantities of the melatonin in our brain. Conversely, turning the lights darker is a good way for increasing the melatonin and willing to fall asleep.
