How to drink the water healthier?

Water is the need for maintaining our daily life.  Some has said, if we have not eaten any food for 3 days, we can still survive.  However, if this situation happens for the water, we will die, shows how importance of drinking the water.  yet, there are some tips for drinking with it better:

 

 

 

 

Tips 1:  Not limited with 8 glasses of water every day

 

 

 

8 glasses of water are the most ideal amount of water for each day.  But if we go out to work, the water evaporation will be higher by the strong sweating.  Therefore, 8 glasses of water are not adequate.  Besides, exercising more, the metabolism and sweating more.  The amount of drinking water would be increased.

 

 

 

Tips 2:  Try to boil the water

 

 

 

Many might think we can direct with the water directly by installing the water filter.  In fact, there are lots of impurities in the water, such as, microbes, bacteria…It is recommended to boil it before drinking it.

 

Tips:  The best boiling period of time would be in the evening since the impurities will be sank in the evening.  If we contain with the water in the morning, the sank impurities will be included for boiling.  That’s the reason why recommended to boil in the evening.

 

 

 

 

Tips 3:  Place the water in the easy way for refilling the water when you need

 

 

 

We need to drink the water for every 1-2 hours.  Not wait for the thirsty to drink with it.  also, it is advisable to place it in the places for reaching to replenish the water, for instance, on the table, in the backpack……and for the office workers, we need to drink it often for the prevention of the water evaporation as the concentration and memory will be decreased.  Therefore, it is necessary to drink more water to strengthen the work efficiency. 

 

 

 

Tips 4:  Suggest for sipping the water

 

 

 

Due to the busy work, most of friends would like to drink the water as quick as they could to supply the water they need.  According to the experts, if we drink the water too fast, the abdominal fullness will be appeared by drinking too much water, which is difficult for the digestion and lead to the nausea and vomiting.  Sipping the water can be avoided with the above situation, try it~

 

 

 

 

Tips 5:  Overnight water can be drunk

 

 

 

Some might afraid the overnight water increases the risk of suffering from cancer.  In fact, the maximum of absorbing the nitrite would be no more than 1 mg/l each day.  If the water is over one night, the nitrite reaches only to 0.1mg/l.  There is no too much impact for our health.  So you can drink with it. 

 

 

 

 

Tips 6: Drink more water when you have the dried eyes

 

 

Under this technological electronic world, we might use lots of electronic devices.  For the long period of usage, our eyes might be dried for the insufficient tears.  Then it is time for supply more water for our eyes.

 

 

 

 

Tips 7: Not suggested the children under 6 months to drink the water

 

 

 

The weather is so hot.  Thus, lots of new mothers must give their babies to drink the water regularly.  In fact, the stomach of babies is quite small.  If they drink too much water in a short period of time, the functions of their stomach will be decreased, lessening the digestion.
