1. Exercise 30 mins each day
The problem of the endocrine disorder is due to the accumulation of toxins. Exercising can accelerate our blood circulation and moderate the hormones to function well. We can do lots of simple exercises, for instance, the lift legs, frog jump or other aerobic exercises to stimulate our intestines movement, strengthen the discharging of poison and burn the fats for beauty our body shape.
2. Eat more soybean food
According to the researches, the reason for the poor endocrine is because of the unstable hormone. Therefore, rich with isoflavones, the soybean can be the supplements under the insufficient hormones and balance with the excess quantities, regulating the endocrine disorders.
In addition, we can also eat more papaya for speeding up our metabolism and lessening the annoying.
3. Bathing/take a sauna
The main reason for it would be the over-stresses. Through the bathing, we can discharge our poison by sweating. The high temperature water is not only with the detoxification function, it can also help us release our pressures by relaxing our nervousness, try it~
Another method is quite similar to the bathing. Taking a sauna can speed up our sweating for the detoxication. It can also burn more calories to keep-fit. In addition, our pimples will be cured by accelerating the metabolism.

4. Stay away from the electronic devices
If you don’t want to have the bad skin, try to stay away from the electronic devices, for instance, smart phones, telephone, i-pad……Long-term using with these, it will lead to the rise glandular suprarenalis and imbalanced endocrine. If we stay away from them, we can not only improve the problems of the endocrine, we can also reduce the acnes and blue lights to harm to our eyes.
