No need to afraid of asthma in autumn~

Any experiences to get panting, asphyxia, chest distress, breathless……In fact, our trachea would be narrowed or inflamed by the large variation of the temperature or weather.  But how can we reduce it?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method 1: Drink more honey coffee
