Late Sleep? Become shorter?

Wow!  More than 80% teenagers sleep lately, could be shorter than the sleep early group according to the research.  An expert pointed out the tall genes will be developed in these 2 periods of time:

 

  1. 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.

  2. 4 a.m. to 7 a.m.

 

If we are late than it, it will affect our tall genes and we might become shorter than the average one.  Also, late sleep children will disturb the function of the liver and increase its temperature, causing to aphtha or cheilitis.  According to the researches from the British University of London, the responses and cognitive abilities could be affected if they are late to sleep.

 

 

**Suggestion:  even though the homework is not yet done well, don't go to sleep too late!
