Based on the wordings from the doctor, “One apple a day, keep the doctor away”, is this truth?  We all know that the calories of apple are very low, so we eat it for staying fit.  Besides, the pectin of it can lower our cholesterol and resulting in preventing the stroke too.  In short, apples contain plenty of dietary fibers to improve bowel movement and lessen the cancer. 

 

If I told you every day to eat an apple, it turns out to be boring.   So, what’s the idea?  New matchings for the receipts of apples:

 

  1. Summertime grapefruit with apple

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Grapefruit ---------------------------100 grams

Apple---------------------------------50 grams

White sugar--------------------------1-2 tea spoon

Water---------------------------------1 cup

 

Process:

 

  1. Peeling and deseeding the grapefruit
