Healthy Tips: HESS

Feel difficult to losing pounds? Summer comes, being panic for wearing slimmed dress, no problem!  If we have “HESS”, we can do it!

 

 

  1.  HOT

 

 

Hot and spicy food can stimulate our stomach.  Image we are having the hot pot (or may call Sabusabu), we will eat many dishes of meats and drink non-sugar-free soft drinks.   Then we might gain more calories.

 

  1.  Exercise

 

 

No matter how healthy we are, we can’t lose weight unless exercising.  Thus, we are suggested to do the exercises for 20-30 minutes every day.  Sharpen in your mind, we are trained to be stand, walk and seat well to prevent the belly.

 

  1. Sugar

 

 

 

Bear in your mind, no more than 50 grams sugar for us each day.  Thus, we whould be careful about how much sugars in every food we eat, such as, the candies, juices, etc.

 

  1. Soup

 

 

 

 

Wow!  Different kinds of soups affect the weight we are, for instance, the creamy soup or the bone soup with plenty of fats, leading to high calories.  Moreover, we are not suggested to drink soup after the meal since we have acquired enough nutrition during the meal.
