Health Preservation Techniques: How much have you done?

Health care is becoming vital nowadays, sometimes we purchase lots of health care medicine for getting the nutrition what we need every day.  But do you know any techniques if we follow by them which do not need to pay?

 

 

Technique 1: Have you eaten the food which is easier for the digestion?

 

Shown by the research, congee is easier for the digestion system.  If we eat a lot, we can tidy our stomach and remove the undigested waste from our body.  What's more, if you are eating the grain congee, you are recommended to add dried red dates since it will be tastier.

 

 

 

 

Technique 2: Have you had enough daily fruits in your meal?

 

We often said that “An apple should be eaten each day”.  Yet, there are still other fruits which includes by plenty of nutrition, such as, kiwifruits and oranges contain huge Vitamin C and grapes are able to maintain our blood quantities and lower body edema…..

 

 

 

 

Technique 3: Have you exercised every day?

Technique 5: Have you taken enough rest?

 

There is physiological clock for everybody.  If we are late for sleep and miss the time for elimination of toxicant to different organs, then we may worse  our functions.  So, need to take more rest before you start another task.

 

 

 

Technique 6: Have you brought another coat for keeping you warm enough?

 

 

As we are now living inthe hot summer, 20-30°C, there is air-conditioning for the offices or shopping malls.  Also, we should keep in our mind to bring along with a coat to prevent the variation of temperature.

 

 

 

Technique 7: Have you massaged regularly?

 

Massage can release pressure and improve our circulation, for example, if we massage our stomach by the clockwise before meal, we can improve our intestines and decrease illness.
