Delicious Chinese Soup: Marmoreal mushroom dried prawn Chinese Melon soup with tofu

Have you gained more pounds after Easter holiday?  It doesn’t be matter since I would like to introduce a dish which you can keep fit.  This soup is made of Chinese Melon, which can regulate the quantities of the water in our body and control the sugar and turn it into fats.  What’s more, tofu is famous for its protein to make us look prettier!

 

 

Actually, the method is not too complicated, but the taste is quite good and healthy, you may try it:

 

 

Ingredients:

Chinese melon----------------------------------0.6 kg

Dried prawns------------------------------------20-30 grams

Tofu----------------------------------------------1 piece

Marmoreal mushroom--------------------------1 pack

 

 

Seasoning:

Oil------------------------------------------------1 tea spoon

Sesame oil---------------------------------------1/2 tea spoon

Salt-----------------------------------------------1 tea spoon

Soy sauce----------------------------------------2-3 tea spoons

Oyster sauce-------------------------------------2-3 tea spoons

Green onion-------------------------------------1-2 pieces

Chopped garlic----------------------------------2-3 tea spoons

Water--------------------------------------------800 ml

 

 

Process:

 

 

1. Put the dried prawns into the water for a while

 

 

2. Peeling the Chinese melon

 

 

3.  Cut the Chinese melon, tofu and Marmoreal mushroom into smaller sizes

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Pour some oil to hot pan and fry the green onions and chopped garlic

 

 

5.  Put the dried prawns and Chinese melon into the pan and fry them

 

 

 

 

6.  Put all ingredients (from the pan) to the hot pot and add the tofu, marmoreal mushroom and water

 

 

7  Add the sesame oil, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning

 

 

8.  Middle-heat it about 30-40 minutes
