Tips 1: Good Sleeping Timetable

 

Too late sleep and unbalanced diet are not suggested.

 

 

The functions of liver are affected by late sleep.  We cannot discharge poison and which easily to develop as the body edema. 

 

 

The reason of face edema is too much water left in the head.  Thus, too soft and low pillows is not recommended.  Besides, it will disturb the development of bones.

 

**Check if the pillow is suitable for you:When we wake up, we can notice if there is any pillow print.  If you find it, means the pillow is not quite fit with you.  Try it!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tips 2: Good Diet Habit

 

Sodium and water may be accumulated in the body if we eat too much sugar or salts and causes to round face shape.

 

 

In fact, drink enough water is like a habit.  Some friends said they are dare not to drink water since they don’t want to have face edema.  Let me tell you the truth!  Not enough water cannot take away the poison of our body and which causes to face edema. 

 

Still want to drink water?  Better to do it before 2 hours of sleeping. 

 

 

 

Cold food can lower our temperature and the blood circulation.  Same in the water circulation of our body.

 

 

If you really drink too much water, you can drink the red bean water or the Chinese melon with semen coicis soup to release exceed water from our body.  Another way you may try is to exchange the cold and hot towel on the eyes as it can help to activate the blood circulation.

 

 

 

 

Tips 3: Massage regularly

 

 

Have a slimmed face but not too be lazy.  Massaging on our face can activate blood circulation and drain our lymphatic, which can improve our contour and perfect our face shape.

 

 

Method(1): From chin to the back of our eyes, following the neck to the collarbone.  

 

 

Method(2): Outer corner of our mouth to the back of our ears, following the neck to the collarbone. 

 

 

Method(3): From the middle of eyebrow to the forehead (=Down to up)
