One coffee one day becomes everybody’s habit, some may even drink more than 1, how about you?  Do you like coffee?  I have heard someone said we should not drink coffee during the menstrual period or having babies.  Yet, is it the truth? And how many maximum cups of coffee can be drunk in one day?

Caffeine can helpful to our work, such as, ease the headache, lower the cancer of liver.  The latest research said it can also lessen the Alzheimer.  More than that, there are lots of soluble fibers for us to excrete easily.  Then we can keep the rate of fats in low and keep more fit.  In fact, if your digestion is not too well, you should be less drink it since the fibers can stimulate the movement of intestines. 

Some friends doubt if we can still drink the coffee while menstrual period.  None of researches pointed out the caffeine could affect to the blood release.  On the contrary, it would be effective for controlling the painful if we drink a small cup of coffee.  Such good news to the coffee-lovers.   But we are not able to drink huge amount of coffee no matter how we love it.  During the menstrual period, it would be avoidable to drink coffee since it belongs to hot nature.  If we drink it during the period, we might be easy to get temper or have more pimples too~ Instead of it, we can eat the natural brown sugar because of huge calcium for tightening the muscles and less painful. 

Some friends also asked me how many cups can we drink one day?  Actually, the maximum is 4 cups (similar to 1 large Starbuck coffee).  Some even asked if pregnant can drink the low caffeine coffee.  Low-caffeine doesn’t mean zero.  For your babies’ health, better to drink it less.
