Keep the intestine healthy ways

If you have made a bowel movement once a week, I would say congratulation to you since there’s nothing wrong with your intestine.  But if your answer is no, you may see “FERB” for helping you:

 

 

1.   Fruits 

 

Although vegetables provide a lot of nutrition to our daily lives, there are few of us to eat fruits every day.  Actually, you may use the fruits to instead of, for instance, the fibers and acid of the apples, prune berries, oranges, grapefruits and so on, which can stimulate the movement of intestine for helping us to take a shit. 

 

 

 

 

Maybe we will feel bored by only eating the fruits.  To add some yogurt with it, you will taste more refresh.  Besides, the probiotics can keep our intestine clean and strengthen the functions of it.

 

 

 

2.  Exercising 

 

To move our intestine and strengthen our heart and immune system by doing sufficient exercising.  The stress is another reason for cleansing our intestine.  But exercising can help us to release the pressure.  If you have not enough time to do the sports, you may drink the lemon tea, the rose tea, especially for the hawthorn tea.  

 

 

 

The sour from the hawthorn increases the heart blood and lower the blood pressure.  Actually, there is one more function.  it can also melt the fats and any harms to our health to help us keep fit.  Yet, the sour is not accepted by any of us.  Adding the honey to the hawthorn tea would be yummier and which can increase our immune system~

 

 

3.  Rice

 

Sometimes, we might feel empty to get temper easily, harming to the intestine.  But lots and lots of us are fear of eating the starch, leading to gain weight.  In fact, there are plenty of fibers of it and which can stimulate our intestine and give a hand for digestion, for instance, the brown rice, red rice and even for the soba noodles.  

 

 

To supply the carbohydrate of our brain and provide the fat acid, a dish of fried red and brown rice can help you.  We may add some sweetcorn to lower the cholesterol

 

 

4.   Rest

 

Each machine should take enough rest and same for us.  If we acquire enough rests, it will extend the function of intestine. There’s nothing fear of getting any diseases of intestine~
