Cola must be drunk by anyone of us.  Some friends said they need to drink one can under this hot summer.  Yet, some of them do not dare to drink it as there are some bad news about the disadvantages of drinking it.  Yummy cola? Devil cola??

We all know that it contains with the caffeine.  If we drink a little, it may cause our blood pressure rising and accelerate our blood circulation, which awakes us from the sleepy mode.  But if we drink it too much, we might to lose sleep and feel headache.  But it also increases our urination and decreases the body edema. 

If you are pregnancy, you are not recommended to drink it since the caffeine will harm to the brain and heart of babies, leading to the congenital disorder.  

The sugar of cola is another disadvantage.

No matter for the zero version or light version, it still contains lots of sugar and increase the blood sugar and fats, which may increase our weight~

But the good news is that it recovers the heats and carbohydrates after exercising.  That means it help us to recover our physical strengthen and also solve our thirsty problem.

The phosphoric acid of cola is quite high if we continue to drink it for a long-term, resulting in the loss of calcium and tooth.  Reveals from some researches, if we put the tooth in the cola for 3 weeks, they totally melt.  Moreover, the phosphoric acid will disturb to the tastes of us.  

But according to the medical cure from the ancient, heat the cola with lemon and ginger to solve the cold is quite well, you may try it~
