Healthy Diet: More than you need!?

Balanced eating better than anything.  Acid reflux caused by too much eating, which is harmful to the stomach.  But if we eat too little, we may get the malnutrition.  So frustrated, right? 70% fully eating is quite popular these days.  In the old times, we often heard by following with the food pyramid would be alright.  Yet, we don’t know how exactly the amount of every food.  It can be cured by one hand.

 

 

 

1.   Starch

 

Many on-diet ladies do not dare to eat a lot of starch, such as, the grains, flour products.  They think if they absorb huge amount of starch, they will gain their weights.  Actually, we do not need to eat too much but one fist hand.  If we do not obtain enough starch, we may feel empty and tired and tried to eat other unhealthy food, which causes to over-weight.

 

 

 

According to the data, Italians have eaten pasta for a long period of time but do not increase their weight but with a narrow waist.  Like the above dish, chicken with tomato sauces pasta, is quite delicious.  There are lower fats for chicken since it is white meat.  Thus, we don’t be hesitate to eat starch.  

 

 

2.  Fruits and Vegetables

 

The importance of the fruits and vegetables is well-known by the advertising wordings, “3 Dishes of Vegetables, 2 Dishes of fruits”.  Why do we often say that?  Because they contain lots and lots of fibers and vitamins, the most nutrition level for the food pyramid.  For the vegetables, we eat around one fist size for each person, for instance, the cabbages, the Bok-choy and so on.  But for the beans, we may eat around half size of our fist.  And for the fruits, we also eat the same size as the vegetables.  Besides, some fruits are not suggested to eat too much, for example, the calories of bananas are quite high, and the fats of avocadoes are also quite high.  But remember: no matter how healthy the fruits and vegetables are, they cannot be instead of the starch.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Teach you a way:  If we cut the fruits into small pieces, we can eat it easier and may think we have eat more and feel hungry less than before.  Then we may eat other snacks less.  

 

 

3.  Meat

 

One palm would be enough for our daily needs on meat.  But you may be annoyed about some saying “I don’t eat meat” or “Wow!  So much meat to eat and get fat easily”.  Don’t ignore the proteins and fats from the meat.  Recommended to eat the lean meat rather than the fat one since it is easier for digesting.  

 

 

 

 

This shredded pork fried with green bell peppers is a balanced diet.  The proportion of the pepper and meat are 1:1. Rich proteins and iron from the pork is quite easy to digest.  And for the green bell peppers is good for slimming up since it can take away the calories and provide enough of vitamins to lessen the tiredness~
