Best time for drink coffee?

Drink one cup of coffee and start working becomes everyone’s habit for restoring their energies. But does it work for you?  In fact, if we match with the right time to do things, the effects will be better, which is called “Golden Hours”.  Same on the drinking coffee.  Let’s see as the following:

 

 

1.   At 10-11 in the morning

 

After we wake up, we are used to drink a cup of rich and aromatic coffee and start a brand-new day for giving us the power.  Yet, it doesn’t really work since the cortisol, controlling the blood sugar and pressure, is still active.  Hence, the effect is not obvious to be seen.  It’s better to drink it at 10-11 in the morning, which is the golden hours.

 

Still worried about having not enough energy to start work?  To have a cold bath in the morning is not a bad choice since it can improve our blood circulation and keep us in the energetic mood~

 

Another suggestion is drinking he chrysanthemum and ginseng tea.  It is helpful to take away the poison from our liver and improve our eyesight.  The most important thing is to give you refreshing.  

 

 

2.  At 2-4 in the afternoon

 

 

 

 

The lunch hour will be at 1-2 in the afternoon and we are suggested to drink the coffee at 2-4 since the stomach will not be harmed if we have eaten something before drinking the coffee.  Besides, some may feel sleepy after having lunch.  Coffee can stimulate the movements of the intestines.  Also, it is helpful for the digestion and keep us way of having the belly~

 

 

Tips: Milky coffee is not recommended after lunch because it is more difficult to digest.

 

 

3.  30 minutes before exercising

 

 

 

 

If we drink it before excising, we can burn our fats quicker and get rid of them.  The caffeine is helpful to activity our metabolism and improve the discharging the poison and sweating~

 

Tips:  But drinking too much coffee or doing too many excited exercises is not suggested.  Owing to the caffeine function of improving the urination, we may lack of the water and get faint easily.
