Here are some keep-fit leg tips in a quick way:
Sports Tips:
Exercises is the right way but everybody will yell at me. Don’t be so worry! Not talking about the tough exercises, push up, but only with simple~
Tip 1: Peacock fanning and closing feathers
1. Sleep on the floor, feet to feet
2. Place the feet on the wall, form the angle between your waist and feet
3. Fan and close the peacock by your legs
**50 times each day
After 5 day, you will see how effective it is! Try it!!
To eliminate the extra fats from our thigh and shank and improve the blood circulation are the benefits of fanning and closing like a peacock. Several of the Japanese pop star has used this way for perfecting their feet, don’t hesitate and do it now!
Tips 2: UP & DOWN

Using our fist to massage from the shank to the thigh along with the arrow sign. The read one means the left-hand fist and the blue one means the other hand. Don’t forget the direction of massage should be down to up. It is an easy way to beauty our health leg at the same time because it can stimulate the movement of our intestines. Recommended to massage for 15-20 minutes one day!
