Kagawa Prefecture

“Kagawa”? Not know much about it.  How about the “Sanuki”?  Oh, it’s a place of eating the delicious Udon.  In fact, “Sanuki” is the old name of “Kagawa”.  It is also famous for watching the beautiful autumn leaves not only for the yummy food.  Having the romantic moment with your lovers, let’s go to the Ritsurin Garden and the Kankakei!

The Ritsurin Garden

Don’t tell people you have never been to the Ritsurin Garden if you have travelled the Kagawa.  This is the greatest western garden park in Japan.  Moreover, the beauty of the nature scenery has gained the praises from the Michelin.  

Next to the lake, the orange red autumn leaves grow up well.  The lake is as clean as a mirror to reflect the shadows of different colors of the plant, which may attract the duck to swim closer and have more fun with each other.  Walking along the path, you will feel like living in an unforgettable and beautiful wonderland~

The Kankakei

Try to get in touch with more wild autumn leaves in a higher place?  Kankaei can offer some unique streams, which are formed by the volcanic eruption and weathering effect.  The unusual rocks, outstanding streams and impressive maple leaves are quite worthy to watch here.

If we want to view the scene from the top of the mountain, we can get there by the cable cars.  On the way, plenty of the chromatic autumn leaves covers around the whole steep mountain.  Such splendid picture surprises you a lot~

Ehime Prefecture

Maybe Ehime is not well-known by any of us.  Although it located near the Seto Inland Sea, the annual rainfall is still very low.  But it doesn’t affect its harvests as the fame of producing the lovely tangerines.  No more than this, the charming beautiful autumn leaves are another attractive of Ehime.

The Mount Ishizuchi

Like exploring the gorgeous nature view with lovers, let’s challenge on the Mount Ishizuchi, which is the highest mountain in the western of Japan.  Every autumn numerous of the visitors come here for watching it, the autumn leaves.

For conquering this mountain, you cannot make less effort for reaching to the top of it.  Walking up to it, you cannot still imagine how can the leaves grows up in this dangerous steep slope.

Ibaraki Prefecture

Ibaraki is a great travelling place for watching the Sakura and waterfall.  How about the maple leaves?  Numberless of the locals will come here for watching the red leaves.  You can figure out how beautiful it is.

The Hananuki Valley

Because of the colorful maple leaves and diverse plants, that’s the reason why we call the Hananuki Valley as the “Garden Valley”.  As you can see, this is the popular 汐見滝Suspension Bridge.  Walking on the bridge, different colorful leaves drop down from the tree and flow everywhere makes you fall in love with the autumn~
