Not able to take the enough and regular rest and diet is the result of living in the busy and tense live style. Maybe some of the body warning has shown if you are not aware of it carefully. For example, any belly on your stomach? Having the deep eye bags if you look into the mirror, which means you have already had the insufficient sleep and belly problem. Let’s start from eating the simple and ordinary food:
1. Banana
Belly is not only related to eating too much meat, causing the accumulation of the fats. It can also be related to too much toxins saved in your body. A lot of medical reports reflects the bananas are good to our health as its fibers can stimulate the defecation and decrease the over left toxin saved in our body. More than that, rich-in sugar can help people easy to sleep well. Besides, too much worry can lead to the pressure. The bananas can function to release the pressure since it can relax our tense muscles and mental. Then we can get well sleep and have the energy for another day.
Nuts contains a lot of magnesium. If you mix it with the banana, it will taste better. Also, nuts can subsidy the losses of using brains to work and study, which can offer you more energy~
TIPS: Not suggested to eat it before one hour to sleep owing to high sugar
2. Fish
Who don’t know eating fish can beauty our skin as it contains the Omega-3 and Vitamin D, which provides enough water to our skin. Furthermore, to feel full because of the fish oil, improving our sleeping qualities and giving us a charming appearance for another day. Also, low fats can give us confidence to eat it a lot, not worrying with the belly.
3. Milk
Milk is the sleep well medicine because there are lots of L-tryptophan, which inactivate the functions of our brain. Easier to sleep, better sleeping qualities~
Yet, if we drink milk before sleep, we might accumulate the fats easily. Hence, the skimmed milk or low-fats fats are suggested to drink as it is healthier.
