Eat IT can feel full and keep fit!

Some people are not willing to eat meat or some carbohydrate food for keeping fit.  However, they feel hungry easily after a while.  On diet is too difficult!  Hey! I have some ideas for losing weight by eating simple and normal food that you can find around from.  See if you can continue your keep fit plan:

 

1.  Red bean soup

 

 

Although the soy bean soup looks like very sweet and high calories, it is not unhealthy as you thought.  In fact, increasing weight is not only related to contain too much calories.  It can also be the edema.  Recently, women are fond of eating red beans since they can take away the unnecessary water to lower our weight.  It can also supply enough blood for our heart.  Moreover, the mature red beans are yummy enough to be the sweet soup by only adding small amount of sugar and water.  Isn’t it attractive if it is a full and healthy sweet dessert for you?

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Boiled egg with apple salad

 

The apple acid can be absorbed to body and does not turn into the fats, making apples become as a keep-fit food.  Lots of popular people are willing to use them on diet.  Compared with other fruits, the sugars are not too high and thus it is a low-calories food.  Recently, boiled egg become the NO.1 Japanese favourite healthy food.  Balancing our blood pressure by the lecithin of yolk, many friends used the boiled egg to battle with their weight.  This salad can weaken the willing to eat more food since the sour of the apple can neutralize the calories of the yolk and bring us refresh feeling!

 

 

 

 

 

It is not recommended to use the mayonnaise as the salad dressing, instead by the black vinegar or fruit vinegar.

 

 

 

 

3.  Broccoli

 

 

Broccoli is famous for against with the cancer.  With low calories, it can take away our loose muscles by rich fibers, which help the waste of our intestine can be discharge.  Another benefit for eating broccoli is easy to cook. 

 

 

 

Look!  To season the panfry chicken with broccoli only by salts and peppers.
